What we collect
Orinda Park Pool operates this site and member portal for pool membership administration. We collect and store: member and household contact information (names, mailing address, email addresses, phone numbers), family member details you provide for programs, membership and billing records (dues, bond, invoices, payments), program registrations (camp, lap swim, events, rentals), and messages you exchange with the membership office. Payments are processed by Stripe; Orinda Park Pool does not store card or bank account numbers.
How we use it
Member data is used only to operate the pool: membership administration, billing, program registration, safety, and communicating with you. We do not sell member data. We share it only with the service providers that run this platform (hosting, email delivery, text-message delivery, payment processing), each bound to process it solely on our behalf.
Text messaging
If you opt in to text messages, we use your mobile number to send membership and billing notices and urgent pool updates. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won't be shared with any third parties.
You can withdraw text-message consent at any time by unchecking the box under Household → Contact & notifications in the member portal, or by replying STOP to any message.
Your choices
You can review and update your household's contact information and communication preferences in the member portal, or by messaging the membership office from the portal. Every change to your records is logged.
